Tariff of Fees

This fee schedule applies to pending patent applications and granted patents, whether or not these were filed or granted prior to January 1, 2004. The same principle will apply to pending applications and registrations (for trade-marks, industrial designs and copyrights), whether or not these were filed or registered prior to January 1, 2004.

Please note:

• fees in relation to CIPO functioning as an International Searching Authority (ISA) and an International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) came into force on July 26, 2004.
  
  
• certified copies of documents in electronic format will be offered at a date still to be determined
