Partnership Advisory Forums (PAF) is a program that provides $79,000 per year for stakeholder groups. Unlike TIP and I&K, it is not divided equally among the three territories, but available for profiling where needed. It is currently wholly assigned on a needs basis to addressing NWT development impact.
