Results of the Survey on Food Quality in Six Isolated Communities in Labrador, March 2001
Indian and Northern Affairs Canada undertook a survey on food quality in communities on the Labrador coast in 2001 to gather baseline information. This information will help assess a pilot project aimed at improving the quality of food reaching Labrador communities. The pilot project was developed and implemented in collaboration with Canada Post. The findings of this first survey are presented in a document entitled Results of the Survey on Food Quality in Six Isolated Communities in Labrador, March 2001.
