SUMMARY OF DEFICIENCIES
For the Year 2002

A total of 208 inspections were recorded.
73 Units or (35%) had one or more deficiencies distributed as follows:

48 deficiencies Documentation were found (in 23% of inspections).

 

33 deficiencies Placarding and marking were found (in 16% of inspections).

 

21 deficiencies Packaging (inappropriate or damaged) were found (in 10% of inspections).

 

15 deficiencies Labelling (of packages) were found (in 7% of inspections).

 

8 deficiencies Stowage/Securing were found (in 4% of inspections).

 

2 deficiencies Container Safety Convention (CSC) Safety Approval Plate were found (in 1% of inspections).
