Mining Royalty Return

The Mining Royalty Return and attached schedules with reconciliation to Company's financial statements, and with all information required by Sections 65 to 69 of the Canada Mining Regulations, shall be delivered to the Director, Mineral Resources and Environment Branch of the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, on or before the last day of the fourth month after the end of each fiscal year of the mine.
