First Nations Reporting Guide (FNRG)
National Template

The national template of the FNRG is a generic reference manual for INAC's national program reporting requirements. INAC regional offices will provide region-specific versions of FNRGs to recipients to assist them in complying with their specific funding agreements (Comprehensive Funding Arrangements (CFA), Financial Transfer Agreements (FTA), Canada/First Nations Funding Agreements (CFNFA), and INAC/ First Nations Funding Agreements (DFNFA).

Please contact your regional office to request reporting guides specific to your region and to your funding agreement.

A 'What's New?' (PDF 58 Kb) section outlines changes from last years guide. The Introduction (PDF 137 Kb) provides an overview of the FNRG, a rationale for why reporting is necessary, a list of generic funding arrangements and the 2006-2007 First Nations data reporting schedule. For a generic summary of all reports to be submitted by First Nations under FTA/CFNFA/DFNFA funding agreements, please refer to the Annual Return Management Report (PDF 91 Kb) section.
