Change in Nutrition and Food Security in Two Inuit Communities, 1992 to 1997

Indian and Northern Affairs Canada undertook nutrition surveys of Inuit women of childbearing age in Pond Inlet and Repulse Bay in 1997 to see if nutrition and food security had changed as a result of the refinements made to the Food Mail Program during the five years since the previous nutrition surveys were conducted in these communities. The results of these surveys are presented in a report entitled Change in Nutrition and Food Security in Two Inuit Communities, 1992 to 1997.
