Part 6 - Capital and Revenue Moneys
- On the coming into force of this Agreement all capital and revenue moneys collected,
received or held by Canada for the use and benefit of the First Nation shall cease to be
Indian moneys under the Indian Act and shall be transferred by Canada to the First
Nation.
- Canada shall not thereafter be responsible for the collection or management of capital
and revenue moneys payable to or for the benefit of the First Nation except as may be
expressly provided in the Implementation Agreement and First Nation Specific
Agreement.
- Canada shall be liable only for any errors or omissions that occurred while the capital
and revenue moneys were under Canada's administration.
