Meetings

The Co-chairs of the Council are responsible for the final approval of the agenda. Members will be invited to submit agenda items 30 working days prior to the date of the meeting. The Office of Boating Safety is responsible for the drafting and posting of the final agenda on this site, including all documents pertaining to the meeting (no less than two weeks prior to the meeting).

Meetings will continue to be coordinated by the Office of Boating Safety. The Council will meet biannually to coincide with the National Canadian Marine Advisory Council meetings. The length of meetings may vary but will not exceed one full day unless members have agreed upon special work sessions. On an as required basis, teleconferencing may be substituted for a face-to-face meeting.
