Aeronautics
Act Amendments
For the past several years, consultations with industry have
been conducted and proposals put forth in order to proceed with the amendments
to the Aeronautics Act. For information pertaining to this phase of the amendment

On
April 27, 2006, Bill C-6, "An Act to amend the Aeronautics Act and
to make consequential amendments to other Acts", was introduced in the
House of Commons; please view Bill
C-6.
For ease of reference and to assist in the review of the proposed changes
in Bill
C-6, an office consolidation of the Aeronautics
Act incoporating the
proposed amendments is also available. Please note that this version contains
revision marks and highlighting to clearly identify where the proposed changes
presented in Bill C-6 are located. This version of the Act is currently NOT
IN FORCE.
