It is our general policy, subject to applicable laws, including the Access to Information Act, not to disclose your username, password and procurement business number to third parties. However, such information may be shared with CCC partners when required to allow you to access the services these partners provide. By submitting the CCC registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the disclosure of information held in the database system to various levels of governments in Canada (including federal government departments and agencies, Crown corporations and provincial or municipal governments) and to the release of such information in the public domain by means of the Strategis Website.

Registration on the CCC database alone does not replace or affect existing procedures for the procurement of government services. You still need to respond to bid solicitations and will be competing with other businesses based on established criteria.
