Sundance Film Festival
Founded in 1981 by Robert Redford, the Sundance Film Festival is dedicated to the development of
artists of independent vision and the exhibition of their new work. The Native Forum at the Festival
showcases Indigenous film making internationally. Last years Forum included films by Alanis
Obomsawin, Shirley Cheechoo, Darlene Naponse, and Ivan Sen.
