Steps in selecting a Canadian university

  1. Consult the Directory of Canadian Universities available at the Canadian High Commission library in Gigiri, Nairobi and visit the website of the Association of Universities and Colleges (AUCC) of Canada
  2. Using the information provided in the Directory of Canadian Universities, select a small number of institutions which most suit your requirements.
  3. Do more research on the Internet, or write to the universities of your choice to request more information.
  4. Request application forms and any other material required.
  5. Complete application forms and send off to chosen universities.
  6. Once you are accepted at a university, apply for your student authorization at the Canadian High Commission in Nairobi. Study Permit Requirements
