This poster depicts a light helicopter on final approach to a landing pad, when a fuel truck suddenly appears to not have seen, heard or known about the approaching aircraft, and creates a risk of collision on the pad. This poster sends an important message to all helicopter pilots and helicopter operators, as well as all vehicle operators on airports and aerodromes. This poster is primarily targeted to all helicopter pilots and operators, and holders of an airside vehicle operator permit (AVOP). As secondary audience, this poster can be useful to Air Traffic Services personnel, who are involved in the control of helipads and ground vehicles.
