Using the Cart: Printing and Emailing
Search Results
Items that appear in the list of titles can be saved to your Cart and viewed later. To save an item record to the Cart:
- Check the Select to add to cart button.
- Click on Save to Cart.
The item is saved for the duration of your search session.
To view the items in your Cart, click Cart in the menu of options at the top centre of any search screen.
You can select from the following viewing options for the list in your Cart:
- Full View provides detailed information about the item including subject information.
- Item View provides information on the item's location, call number, and availability
- Holdings View provides the range of years that the library has available for a particular periodical/journal
- MARC View provides the library metadata record of the item
Note: Items will remain in your Cart for the current search session only but may also be printed or emailed. Registered employees may save the contents of the Cart by saving their search session. For more information, see Saving a Search Session.
