Photo - Interns gain valuable experience

FedNor provided $27,500 under its Youth Internship Program to Community Living Fort Frances and District to hire a recent Northern Ontario post-secondary graduate. Robyn Johnston (right) will work as a Technology Intern, training clients and staff how to use innovative software that's designed to enhance the capacity of people with disabilities. Intern Kristy Jones (seated) will work as a Training Assistant alongside Michael Nadeau, Manager of Operations.

FedNor provided $27,500 under its Youth Internship Program to the Ontario Native Welfare Administrator Association, located in Garden River, to hire a recent Northern Ontario post-secondary graduate. Intern Kristy Jones (seated) will work as a Training Assistant alongside Michael Nadeau, Manager of Operations. Since its inception in 1997, FedNor has contributed in excess of $25 million to keep more than 1000 young people working in the North.
