The Commercial/Economic Section of the High Commission of Canada in Kuala Lumpur, through the Trade Commissioner Service, is responsible for trade and investment.
Our mandate is to promote and protect Canada's economic interests in Malaysia. In this context, we support the efforts of Canadian companies that have selected Malaysia as a target market for their products, services, or technologies.
We also provide assistance to Malaysian contacts by matching their needs with the appropriate sources of Canadian products and services.
Trade Commissioner Service
The Trade Commissioner Service at the High Commission of Canada works with Canadian and Malaysian companies and other entities to promote the export of Canadian goods and services to Malaysia and the establishment of joint ventures and foreign direct investment.
