About ITU Telecom World 2006

Organised by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) every three years, ITU Telecom World is recognized as the Olympics of Telecommunications. This event seeks to provide a 'networking platform' where the most influential and significant names in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) can come together. ITU Telecom World events typically attract some 14,500 visitors daily, with around 1000 exhibitors from across the globe and across the spectrum of the ICT industry.

This year's ITU Telecom World Forum, under the theme 'Living the Digital World', will bring together the leaders of industry and key policy makers to discuss and explore areas essential to the growth of the global ICT industry. The ITU Telecom World Exhibition will showcase the latest innovations in ICT ranging from mobile and content solutions to broadband, media and next generation networks and satellites.. The Canada Pavilion – Making Connections

Canada's presence at ITU Telecom World 2006 is an excellent opportunity to showcase Canada's leading edge capabilities and solutions to potential foreign buyers.
