SUMMARY OF DEFICIENCIES
For the Year 2003

A total of 214 inspections were recorded.
101 Units or (47%) had one or more deficiencies distributed as follows:

48 deficiencies Stowage/Securing were found (in 22% of inspections).

 

37 deficiencies Documentation were found (in 17% of inspections).

 

37 deficiencies Placarding and marking were found (in 17% of inspections).

 

12 deficiencies Packaging (inappropriate or damaged) were found (in 6% of inspections).

 

10 deficiencies Labelling (of packages) were found (in 5% of inspections).

 

7 deficiencies Container Safety Convention (CSC) Safety Approval Plate were found (in 3% of inspections).

 

3 deficiencies Other were found (in 1% of inspections).

 

1 deficiency Segregation of cargo was found (in 1% of inspections).
