Alcohol impairs the safe operation of any type of vehicle including boats,
snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles. The drinking and driving laws that
apply to on-road vehicles apply to other types of vehicles as well.
- Most of the places we drive sport vehicles don’t have traffic signals,
road signs or centre lines. Watch for the unexpected. Don’t
reduce your powers of concentration and attention by drinking.
- Remember that alcohol doesn’t help to warm you up in cold or inclement
weather. In fact, alcohol lowers body temperature and may hasten
hypothermia.
- Don’t let alcohol ruin your vacation.
