Aboriginal Business Canada offers financial support to first-time entrepreneurs and existing entrepreneurs/businesses that are proposing to carry out a particular commercial activity for the first time in the following categories: Tourism; Manufacturing; Business, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and Business Opportunities Linked to Major Developments. For other types of businesses, the program can consider support for marketing and information technology needs.

If you are already operating a business
Aboriginal Business Canada offers financial support to assist entrepreneurs already in established businesses seeking to expand markets and innovate while demonstrating a positive effect on the growth and success of the business.

For Aboriginal youth entrepreneurs
Aboriginal Business Canada financial support is available for any commercial project, including acquisitions, run by Aboriginal individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

For Aboriginal organizations working to improve the business climate
The progress being made by Aboriginal entrepreneurs needs to be made widely known, among both Aboriginal and wider audiences. That is why Aboriginal Business Canada supports advocacy and research activities to promote Aboriginal business development.
