They will want to look at specific details about your business so they can measure its true potential. You've got to do the same analysis not only to be ready for their questions, but also to:
Strengths are simply things you are good at and that give you an edge over competing firms. Weaknesses are things that put your business at a competitive disadvantage. How to Analyse Your Company's Internal OperationsLook at your own business, say, over the past two to five years. For each key business function, ask yourself how well it's run. Analyse the strengths and weaknesses, and identify which functions you can exploit for competitive advantage and which ones need to be reinforced.
