 The following are the appeals scheduled to be heard by the Appeal Division of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island. Please note: This Schedule is subject to change without notice. The Public is advised that with very few exceptions all court
hearings are open. Accordingly, anyone who wishes may attend the
hearing of the above noted appeals which will all be heard in
Courtroom 3 at the Sir Louis Henry Davies Law Courts Building, 42
Water St., Charlottetown. There is plenty of seating in the
