Strategis username Your Strategis username should be unique to renew a trade-mark registration. If you are using a shared username, it is recommended that you create a new individual username with Strategis.

American Express, MasterCard and VISA: We have a credit card payment system which obtains the authorization for payment before the submission is sent to CIPO. You must complete the payment process if you want your transaction to be sent to CIPO.

Note: It is important to provide the Formalities Section with your Strategis username in the same way that it was applied for. The Strategis username is case sensitive and must be recorded exactly as it was applied for.

The Renewal certificate and acknowledgment notice will be returned by e-mail. However, all further correspondence here after pertaining to this registration will be by regular mail.
