ORDER RESPECTING THE TARIFF OF FEES

CHARGEABLE BY SHIPPING MASTERS IN CANADA

Short Title

1. This Order may be cited as the Tariff of Fees of Shipping Masters.

Fees

2. The fee payable for a service that is performed by a shipping master and that is set out in column I of an item of the schedule is greater of the fees set out column II and III of that item.

14. Surveys, inspections or examinations, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., Monday to Friday other than on a holiday, in addition to any other prescribed fee 70 per hour or part of an hour, including travelling time 140
