Winds increasing to southwest 25 to 30 with gusts to 35 in the approaches Sunday afternoon then diminishing to westerly 20 to 25 Sunday evening. Cloudy with chance of flurries or showers overnight. Cloudy with sunny periods Sunday. Fog patches forming overnight and lifting Sunday morning. Visibility good except fair in precipitation and poor in fog. Temperature rising to plus 2 overnight.
