Marine forecasts for Arctic waters issued by Environment Canada
At 4.30 PM EST Saturday 9 December 2006 for tonight and Sunday with 
an outlook for Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 4.30 AM Sunday.

Winds are in knots.
Fog implies visibility less than 5/8 nautical miles.
Mist implies visibility 5/8 to 6 nautical miles.

Resolution.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Over eastern sections wind northwest 15 knots backing to southwest 20 
late this evening then strengthening to south 30 overnight.
Wind diminishing to south 20 Sunday morning then veering to west
15 Sunday afternoon. Wind strengthening to northwest 30 Sunday 
evening. Flurries beginning this evening. Freezing spray beginning 
this evening.
Outlook for Monday..Wind northwest 30 strengthening to gales
North 40.
