Drawing upon the Canadian Ice Service Archive, our analysts can work directly with you to identify and analyze appropriate climatological ice information, and provide you with historical advice on ice and iceberg conditions.
Most of our clients need this information for a variety of uses, including:
- planning for construction and resource development projects,
- seasonal shipping, and
- environmental impact assessments.
Our expertise in ice modelling, remote sensing and climatological ice conditions also supports research and development by scientists working in governments, universities and the private sector.
