ORDER EXEMPTING CERTAIN SPECIFIED ACQUISITIONS BY VOYAGEUR COLONIAL LIMITED FROM THE APPLICATION OF PART VII OF THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION ACT, 1987

SHORT TITLE

1. This Order may be cited as the Voyageur Colonial Limited Acquisition Exemption Order.

EXEMPTION

2. The acquisition by Voyageur Colonial Limited of all shares in C.F. Kingsway Inc. held by Groupe CSL Inc. is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.

SOR/88-400 21 July, 1988 pursuant to subsection 253(6) of the National Transport Act, 1987, comes into force 21 July, 1988.
