Deadline for receipt of submitted questions October 17, 2003
Release of Amendments and Supplements November 17, 2003
Deadline for receipt of applications to participate in the auction December 8, 2003
Date on which list of applicants will be published December 12, 2003
Date on which last FWA FCFS application will be accepted January 9, 2004
Date on which list of qualified bidders will be published January 29, 2004
Mock auction for qualified bidders February 2 and 3, 2004
Opening day of bidding February 9, 2004
Auction close February 16, 2004
Submission of ownership and control documentation 10 business days after the close of the auction
Initial payment (20% of high bids / 100% of penalties) 10 business days after the close of the auction
Final payment (80% of high bids) 30 business days after the close of the auction

* Note: The auction will normally close when a round concludes with: (a) no bids or withdrawals being submitted; and (b) no proactive waivers having been submitted. The auction will generally not close until stage three has been reached.
