Agreement Between Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada as Represented by the Department of Industry and NAV CANADA Regarding Radio Frequency Spectrum Management

Her Majesty, the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Industry, and NAV CANADA have entered into an agreement regarding radio frequency spectrum management. This Agreement shall commence on the 28th day of June 2002 and shall remain in effect for a period of five years.
