This Arrangement between the Department of Industry of Canada (Industry Canada), and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), of the United States of America (U.S .), herein referred to as the Agencies, covers the sharing and coordination of frequency spectrum for the establishment and operation of land mobile radio services operating in the bands 764-776 MHz and 794-806 MHz along the United States-Canada border .
