Notice No. DGTP-009-04 - Extension to the Comment Period for Consultation Paper: Revisions to Allocations in the Band 2500-2690 MHz and Consultation on Spectrum Utilization

The above noted consultation paper was announced in the Canada Gazette on Saturday, May 8, 2004 as Notice DGTP-004-04 and the deadline for the receipt of comments was August 9, 2004.

The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested parties that the deadline for the receipt of comments has been extended to Friday, October 1, 2004. Shortly after the close of the comment period, all comments received will be posted on Industry Canada's Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Web site at: http://strategis.gc.ca/spectrum.
