![]() Notice No. DGRB-001-03Industry Canada Radiocommunication Act Notice No. DGRB-001-03 — Extension to the Comment Period for Notice No. DGRB-004-02: Consultation on a New Fee and Licensing Regime for Cellular and Incumbent Personal Communications Services (PCS) Licensees The availability of the above noted document was announced in the Canada Gazette on Saturday, December 21, 2002 and the deadline indicated for the receipt of comments was March 5, 2003. The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested parties that the deadline for the receipt of comments has been extended to Friday, March 14, 2003. Shortly after the close of the comment period, all comments received will be posted on Industry Canada’s Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Web site at: http://strategis.gc.ca/spectrum. The Department is also of the view that there would be merit in providing a reply comment period. Therefore, reply comments will be accepted until Friday, April 4, 2003 and posted on Industry Canada’s Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Web site. Respondents are requested to send comments and reply comments in electronic format (WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF or ASCII TXT) to the following e-mail address: licence.transition@ic.gc.ca along with a note specifying the software, version number and operating system used.
