Extension of Deadline for Receipt of Submitted Questions, Publication of Responses to Submitted Questions and Application to Participate in the Auction of Spectrum Licences in the 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz Bands

Deadline for receipt of submitted questions (October 17, 2003)
This is to advise that the deadline for receipt of submitted questions to the Policy and Licensing Procedures for the Auction of Spectrum Licences in the 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz Bands has been extended to October 17, 2003.

Date on which responses to submitted questions will be posted
(Mid-November 2003)

As a result of the extension for receipt of submitted questions, we anticipate that the responses to submitted questions and any amendments and supplements to the Policy will be posted on Industry Canada's Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Web site in mid-November.

Deadline for Receipt of Applications to Participate in the Auction (November 24, 2003)
The deadline for receipt of applications to participate in the auction of spectrum licences in the 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz bands has been extended to November 24, 2003.
