MORPHIE'S GREAT WATER RIDE ADVENTURE : Water is the remarkable liquid which makes our Blue Planet unique, and makes the Earth able to support life. Designed to complement your classroom science program with language arts, music, drawing, and math, this story and set of activities will add a cross-curricular dimension to young students' discovery of water's many special properties.
POLLUTION PREVENTION : An environmental education classroom resource designed for teachers and other educational professionals who wish to educate their students about pollution prevention (P2) and other environmental issues. Currently the learning resource contains six lesson plans, each of which highlights one of six different ways of practising P2.

FOR KIDS (AGE 6 TO 12)
GREAT LAKES KIDS : A fun and interactive children's web site about the Great Lakes Ecosystem. Designed for kids age 6 to 12, Great Lakes kids has games, quizzes, videos, activities, colouring books and more.
SKY WATCHERS : An interactive educational program about WEATHER designed for elementary school students and teachers. Students can learn to take weather observations, make weather instruments, etc. Teachers' Resource Kit available.
GREAT ACTS FOR GREAT LAKES : A web site designed to teach elementary school students about the Great Lakes Ecosystem through arts and crafts, science projects and environmental activities.
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM : Provides classroom support material and activities to help elementary school students learn more about the Great Lakes environment, covering topics such as the Great Lakes, Environmental Citizenship, Atmosphere and Climate, Water, Spaces and Species and Waste.

FOR YOUTH (AGE 13 TO 18)
The CANADIAN WILDLIFE SERVICE , part of Environment Canada, provides programs, publications and on-line information about wildlife, migratory birds, habitat, endangered species and wetlands. Check out our Kids' Zone and Hinterland Who's Who.
SPECIES AT RISK : An interactive web site for youth about species at risk in Canada. Explore related issues, such as habitat loss, and take the Species at Risk Quiz.
NATURE WATCH : Existing monitoring programs such as FrogWatch, IceWatch, PlantWatch and WormWatch form the founding components of NatureWatch. These programs encourage schools, community groups and individuals to engage in the monitoring of soil, air, water and other aspects of environmental quality.
PROJECT ATMOSPHERE : An on-line resource and Teachers Guide for Grades K to 12, with downloadable materials related to Meteorology and related topics, such as the water cycle, severe weather, weather satellites, clouds, acid rain, the El Nino effect.
