Pesticide Use and Regulation After extensive consultation on the use and
regulation of pesticides in Prince Edward Island, the
Pesticides Control Act and Regulations were amended
in late 2005 to reduce risks associated with pesticide use,
and provide greater protection of public health and the
natural environment.
