These are a few of the ways Canadians like you are improving the environment in their communities with the help of EcoAction. We provide financial support to community groups for projects that have measurable, positive impacts on the environment. Priority for funding is given to projects that will achieve results in the following areas:

Clean Air & Climate Change - projects that help improve air quality, for example, by reducing emissions that contribute to smog, climate change and ozone depletion.

Clean Water - projects that reduce and divert the use of toxic substances, such as pesticides and hazardous household products, that affect water quality.

Nature - projects that protect wild animals and plants, and protect and improve the places where they live. Priority is given to projects that focus primarily on migratory birds and their habitat.

If your group is a non-profit, non-government group, you are welcome to apply.
