Tonight..Cloudy periods. 30 percent chance of flurries overnight. 
Wind west 20 km/h becoming light this evening. Temperature rising to 
minus 27 by morning. Wind chill minus 44.
Monday..Cloudy. 30 percent chance of flurries in the morning. Light 
snow beginning late in the morning and ending late in the day. Amount
