Marine forecasts for Arctic waters issued by Environment Canada
At 4.30 AM EST Sunday 10 December 2006 for today and Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 4.30 PM today.

Winds are in knots.
Fog implies visibility less than 5/8 nautical miles.
Mist implies visibility 5/8 to 6 nautical miles.

Resolution.
Gale warning in effect.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind south 20 knots veering to west 15 late this afternoon then 
strengthening to northwest 30 early this evening. Wind diminishing to 
northeast 20 Monday morning then strengthening to gales north
40 Monday afternoon. A few flurries ending early this evening and a 
few flurries beginning overnight. Freezing spray beginning late this 
evening.
