Sea state forecast for Labrador issued by Environment Canada at 6.00 
AM NST Sunday 10 December 2006 for today and tonight.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 6.00 PM.

Forecast values are a combined wind wave and swell height for the 
open sea. Users are cautioned that heights may differ
Significantly in coastal waters and in depths less than 50 metres.

South Labrador Coast
Mid Labrador Coast Hopedale and south.
Seas 4 to 5 metres diminishing to 3 to 4 metres this morning and
To 2 to 3 metres this evening then building to 4 to 5 metres 
overnight.

Mid Labrador Coast north of Hopedale
North Labrador Coast southern half.
Seas 3 to 4 metres diminishing to 2 to 3 metres this morning then 
building to 3 to 4 metres overnight.

North Labrador Coast northern half
Northwest Labrador Sea northwestern half.
Seas 2 to 3 metres today and tonight.

Northwest Labrador Sea southeastern half
East Labrador Sea northwestern half.
Seas 4 to 6 metres diminishing to 2 to 3 metres this afternoon.

East Labrador Sea southeastern half.
Seas 5 to 7 metres diminishing to 4 to 5 metres this evening and
To 3 to 4 metres overnight.

South Labrador Sea.
Seas 6 to 8 metres diminishing to 4 to 6 metres this morning and
To 3 to 5 metres this evening then building to 4 to 6 metres 
overnight.
