To specify the technical characteristics required for the completion of the
forms of notice ApS4/II and ApS4/III, which are to be used by administrations
at the application of the procedures of coordination stage or
during the procedure of seeking agreement for assignments to stations in the
space radiocommunication services, as well as for their
recording in the Radiocommunication Bureau's Master International Frequency
Register (Article S11 of the ITU Radio Regulations).
