RIC-12 - Revised Maritime Mobile Radiotelegraph Bands

PDF Format, 77 KB
Help to Access Documents

A World Administrative Radio Conference of the International Telecommunications Union, held in Geneva from September 14 to October 17, 1987, rearranged the channelling of the frequency bands between 4000 and 27 500 kHz. This document indicates the changes to the frequency bands allocated exclusively to the Maritime Mobile Radiotelegraphy Service. The date for the changeover to the revised channelling plan is July 1, 1991. Insofar as these changes affect Canadian users of the Maritime Mobile communications, the following information may be used as a guide.
