Organizations engaged in the coverage of events requiring occasional or short-term transborder use of Satellite News Gathering (SNG) Units need to deploy their equip-ment with a minimum of delay and a maximum of operational flexibility. To facilitate the timely flow of information, Industry Canada strives to provide access to the spectrum needed for such activities with as few administrative and technical burdens as possible.
