- Project 1.1 Autoroute A-5: from Mont-Bleu Boulevard to a point near Lascelles on the northern boundaries of the National Capital Region
- Project 1.2 Autoroute A-50: from the eastern boundaries of the National Capital Region near Masson to Davidson Corner. From Deschênes Boulevard to the Western boundaries of the National Capital Region in the vicinity of Masson (Wyman)
- Project 1.3 Autoroute A-550: from Gréber Boulevard to Draveurs Bridge
- Project 2.1 St-Laurent/Laramée/McConnell (Hull/Aylmer): right-of-way wide enough to accommodate a mass transit way
- Project 2.2 La Vérendrye Boulevard (Gatineau): from Highway 307 at the approach to Alonzo Wright Bridge to Lorrain Boulevard (Highway 366) in the City of Gatineau, designed as a cross-town Boulevard
- Project 2.3 Pink Road (Aylmer): from Highway 5 to Vanier Road (Deschênes Boulevard)
