Windows Media Player
The downloadable Windows Media Player 10 is available free of charge from Microsoft.
RealPlayer
The downloadable RealPlayer for RealAudio and RealMedia files is available free of charge from the Real.com WWW site .
NOTE that the company offers on the same page a version called "RealPlayer Plus", for which there is a charge. The free version is called RealPlayer 8 Basic.
Click on the link above to access the site.
Click on the RealPlayer 8 Basic (free player) link in the middle of the screen.
Complete the user information form:
- type your e-mail address in the text box supplied.
- select the country from the drop-down menu.
- select the required OS (operating system - Windows, Mac, etc.) from the dropdown menu.
- select your preferred language from the drop-down menu.
- select the the required connection speed from the list provided.
Press the Download FREE RealPlayer Basic 8 button to initiate a download.
The player must then be installed on your computer before it can be used.
