TETRA: Telemedicine and Educational Technology Resources Agency - The Telemedicine and Educational Technology Resources Agency (TETRA), a division of Memorial University of Newfoundland, is primarily a research and development facility established to facilitate the use of information technology and telecommunications in the delivery of health and education services to non-urban, remote and isolated areas. Since its inception, the resources of the Centre have been used province-wide by secondary and post-secondary education institutions, social, government and private agencies to deliver a wide range of medical and educational programs.
