Over the coming weeks, Transport Canada will be releasing a series of operational directives. These directives provide guidance on how the Canadian Marine Transportation Security Regulations will be applied to vessels within Canadian waters, and to Canada's marine facilities.
- No. 1: Vessels Not in Possession of an International Ship Security Certificate (ISSC), an Interim International Ship Security Certificate (IISSC) or Ship Security Compliance Document Seeking Entry to, or Present in Canadian Waters on July 1, 2004 (REPEALED)
- No. 8: Requirement Under U.S. Rules for Barges Carrying Substances or Organisms Identified in Classes 1-9 Of S.2 of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act of 1992 (Canada) (UNDER REVIEW)
