ELCOME TO OUR ISLAND CHRISTMAS from Lieutenant Governor, and from Hon. Pat Binns, Premier. And best of the season from Anne Shirley and Emily of New Moon.

Christmas is a magical time of year here on the Island. The snow has begun to fall, homes are ablaze with the lights of the season, and, at schools and churches across the Island, children and adults alike are preparing for the many choirs, plays, and other events that will soon come to life.
