The Skills and Learning Task Force was established to develop the Government of Canada’s Skills and Learning Agenda. On February 12, 2002, Jane Stewart, Minister of HRDC, released Knowledge Matters: Skills and Learning for Canadians. The Task Force will continue to support the Minister as this agenda moves forward.
